Find answers to common questions about our services.
What should I do if I suspect fraud on my account?
Contact our 24/7 fraud hotline immediately at +27 11 234 5679. We will freeze your account and investigate. You can also report banking fraud to SABRIC at www.sabric.co.za.
How does POPIA affect my banking data?
Under POPIA, we only collect personal information necessary for banking services. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Our full POPIA policy is available on request.
What is SIM-swap fraud and how am I protected?
SIM-swap fraud occurs when criminals port your phone number to a new SIM to intercept OTPs. We use advanced SIM-swap detection and will temporarily block digital transactions if a SIM swap is detected on your number.
